“The story of two enterprising young men who make an amazing amount of money selling ice cream.”

In 1981, Cheech (Cheech Marin) and Chong (Tommy Chong) are selling ice cream out of a truck, and the flavor is specially mixed. The money comes in fast enough to buy guitars, islands in the sun and beautiful women, and Tommy Chong directs himself through the spending spree. Then Cheech meets his long-lost love Donna (Evelyn Guerrero), whose ex-con boyfriend Animal is headed to her penthouse, while all their cash sits in a worthless check.
