Nicholas on Holiday

School is out, and young Nicolas (Mathéo Boisselier) is packed into the car with his parents and Grandma, headed for the sea and a stay at the Hotel Beau-Rivage. Laurent Tirard adapts the René Goscinny and Jean-Jacques Sempé books as a sequel to Little Nicholas, with Valérie Lemercier and Kad Merad as the mother and father. What the boy wants from the holiday sits next to what his parents want, and the film keeps watching the three of them.
