Nico, 1988

In 1988, Nico (Trine Dyrholm) is nearly fifty, long past her years as a Warhol superstar and the voice on a Velvet Underground record. Her new manager, Richard (John Gordon Sinclair), books her on a European tour to promote her latest album, and she goes along with it. Susanna Nicchiarelli follows her on the road, where the one thing she wants is her son (Sandor Funtek), whose custody she lost long ago.
