Night Patrol

“The long arm of the law has reached an all time low!”

A string of bar robberies hits town, and the robber wears a paper bag over his head, the same bag worn on stage by the Unknown Comic. Officer Melvin White (Murray Langston), a clumsy cop just demoted to the night shift, is secretly that comic, so suspicion starts drifting toward him. Jackie Kong puts Melvin beside Officer Sue Perman (Linda Blair), a partner who has no idea who is under the bag at night.
