Night Patrol

“Defang the police.”

Xavier Carr (Jermaine Fowler), a cop patrolling the L.A. housing projects where he grew up, stumbles onto a task force harboring a deadly secret that threatens the neighborhood. He has to work with Ethan Hawkins (Justin Long) and others who want him silent, even as bodies pile up and the danger spreads. The film turns on a hard truth: some people in uniform protect power, not the people they claim to serve.
