Night Shift

“Ever since two enterprising young men turned the City Morgue into a swinging business, people have been dying to get in.”

Chuck Lumley (Henry Winkler), a timid morgue attendant, is moved back to the night shift and paired with Bill Blazejowski (Michael Keaton), a loud new hire who is sure he is one great idea away from success. When a neighbor who is a prostitute loses her pimp, Bill decides the two of them can fill the job, using the morgue after dark. Ron Howard plays the premise perfectly straight, letting Winkler's flustered Chuck do the reacting while Keaton talks.
