God and Satan sit on a moving train, arguing over the fates of three people. Each argument turns into its own short story: an insane asylum with strange treatment plans, a death club, and the work of a servant of Satan. The film runs these tales back to back, and the train keeps rolling between them, with God and Satan still seated across from each other.
