Niki

In the years of the McCarthy era, Niki de Saint Phalle (Charlotte Le Bon), a 23-year-old model married with a two-year-old daughter, leaves the U.S. for France. The first months there bring a short-lived happiness, and then old memories begin to surface in her mind. Céline Sallette's debut follows Niki as painting becomes her only way through them, with her sanity, her marriage and her daughter all in the balance.
