Niyazi Gül (Ata Demirer) is a veterinarian in İzmir who can talk to animals, and he spends his quiet days with his assistant Hediye (Şebnem Bozoklu), working on a secret formula. Then Sultan Şahmerdan (Demet Akbağ) and Rıza Kabakoz (Levent Ülgen) show up and pull him into a horse racing scheme he never asked for. Hakan Algül keeps the pace brisk and the cast loud, and lets Demirer's gift for the farcical carry most of it.
