No Country for Old Men

“There are no clean getaways.”

A shot-up truck, a dead man, a case of heroin and $2 million sit scattered across the West Texas desert in 1980. Llewelyn Moss (Josh Brolin) finds the money and takes it, and Anton Chigurh (Javier Bardem), a methodical killer, starts after him while Sheriff Ed Tom Bell (Tommy Lee Jones) follows the bodies. Joel and Ethan Coen put Bell at the end of every trail, an older lawman reading the carnage and finding less he understands each time.
