Pía Vargas (Paz Bascuñan) is a Chilean woman worn down by an ache she can't explain, so she finally goes to see a Chinese doctor. He tells her the pain is pent-up rage, and the only cure is to say exactly what she thinks to everyone, whatever comes of it. Nicolás López sets her loose on Gabriel (Paulo Brunetti), her friends and her family, who have all learned to rely on her silence.
