No Good Deed

“HE was more than a cop. SHE was more than a thief.”

Jack Friar (Samuel L. Jackson) is a police detective who agrees to look for a runaway teenager as a favor to a friend. The search takes him into a house where Erin (Milla Jovovich), Tyrone (Stellan Skarsgård) and Hoop (Doug Hutchison) are about to rob a bank. Bob Rafelson adapts a Dashiell Hammett story, and Jack has to decide how much of what he has seen he is willing to say out loud.
