Benjy Taylor (D. B. Sweeney) is a rookie cop sent undercover to get inside a ring of car thieves run by the smooth, easy-going Ted Varrick (Charlie Sheen). Peter Werner puts him in the fast cars and the late nights, and Benjy starts to like the life more than the job, especially once he falls for Ted's sister Ann (Lara Harris). Every day he stays in, the line between the badge and the crew gets harder to find, and so does the way back.
