A mob crew is leaning on local martial arts schools, and Jason Stillwell (Kurt McKinney) watches his father get hurt defending the family dojo. The family moves to Seattle, his father wants nothing more to do with fighting, and Jason starts training alone against the karate students who keep picking on him and his best friend. Corey Yuen, in his first English-language film, stages the fights with Hong Kong choreography, with Jean-Claude Van Damme as the Russian.
