Nobody Has to Know

“Some truths are better left unsaid.”

Phil (Bouli Lanners) wakes after a stroke with no memory of his past and no one to tell him who he was, and he wants to know what he left behind. Millie (Michelle Fairley), who looks after him in a remote stretch of the Isle of Lewis, tells him they were secretly in love. Lanners, who also directed, sets the two of them among the island's bare, windy ground, a man and a woman with a story only one of them can recall.
