Two sisters move into a new apartment hoping for a fresh start. One of them vanishes without explanation, and the other is pulled into the search for answers, discovering that the building holds secrets no one will speak aloud. Kim Soo-jin traps the camera in narrow hallways and sealed rooms, letting the dread accumulate through what remains unseen.
