Norbit

“Have you ever made a really big mistake?”

Somehow Norbit, a gentle man raised in an orphanage, ended up engaged to Rasputia (Eddie Murphy), a woman nobody on her block will cross. Brian Robbins fills the film with Murphy playing three parts, among them the orphanage's owner, Mr. Wong. Then Kate Thomas (Thandiwe Newton), his childhood friend, moves back to town, and Norbit starts working out how he might be free to be with her.
