“Bear to be different”

The ice under Norm (Rob Schneider), a polar bear, and his three lemming friends starts to crack and melt, and they have to leave the Arctic. They end up in New York, where Norm takes a job as a performing corporate mascot, a big white bear in a city of pavement.
