“Small town. Big secret.”

A newly-arrived interim sheriff settles into Normal, Minnesota, a town that looks like any other. When a bank robbery goes wrong, Ulysses Richardson (Bob Odenkirk) starts pulling threads and finds the whole place is tangled in conspiracy, with even Mayor Kibner (Henry Winkler) somehow involved. The deeper he digs, the more he realizes no one in this town is safe, including himself.
