North

“An anti-depressive off-road movie”

Jomar Henriksen (Anders Baasmo Christiansen) spends his days guarding an empty ski park in Norway, a former ski athlete holed up alone after a nervous breakdown. Then he hears he may have a child far to the north, and Rune Denstad Langlo sends him off on a snowmobile with five liters of alcohol and no real hurry to arrive. Jomar sits hunched on the seat, the white arctic ground running out ahead of him.
