North Shore

The North Shore of Oʻahu is a short run of coastline where the surf season draws the best riders in the world. Rick Kane (Matt Adler), a young surfer who has only ridden a wave tank in Arizona, arrives to see whether he can make it as a pro. He meets Kiani (Nia Peeples), and a local shaper named Chandler (Gregory Harrison) is there too. William Phelps shoots the water and the beach in bright, sun-faded color.
