Northanger Abbey

Catherine Morland (Felicity Jones) goes to Bath with the Allens, her head full of Gothic novels, and meets two people who will change her summer: the friendly Isabella Thorpe (Carey Mulligan) and the quick-witted Henry Tilney (JJ Feild). Director Jon Jones gives Austen's own narrator a voice in Geraldine James. Catherine reads every ordinary person as a character from her books, and she trusts her own imagination even when it leads her wrong.
