Norwegian Dream

“When the world is against you, choose hope”

Robert (Hubert Miłkowski) leaves the Polish countryside for a job at a fish processing factory on the Norwegian coast, and he keeps his sexuality to himself around the other Polish workers. Then he meets Ivar (Karl Bekele Steinland), an openly gay union member who helps those workers organize a strike. Leiv Igor Devold sets a first love against a paycheck, so wanting someone and needing the work pull Robert in opposite directions.
