Nosferatu

“A symphony of horror.”

Count Orlok (Max Schreck) is a pale, rat-toothed nobleman in a castle in the Transylvanian mountains, and he has sent for a real estate agent to finalize a deal. Hutter (Gustav von Wangenheim) leaves his happy marriage to Ellen (Greta Schröder) and makes the journey, taking the work as an ordinary errand. F. W. Murnau's silent film follows Orlok toward the couple's town, and Ellen is the one he has marked.
