Notre-Dame on Fire

General Gontier (Samuel Labarthe) commands the Paris fire brigade, and on the evening of 15 April 2019 he gets word of smoke inside Notre-Dame. Jean-Jacques Annaud follows him and his crews, among them Chief Adjutant Joël (Jérémie Laheurte) and Chief Sergeant Reynald (Maximilien Seweryn), through the night as the cathedral burns. The camera stays inside the firefighters' ranks, among their helmets and hoses, and the building keeps burning.
