Nuovo Olimpo

“Those who have loved each other never leave, they always exist even if you don't see them.”

Enea (Damiano Gavino), a young film student, meets Pietro (Andrea Di Luigi) by chance at a movie theater in Rome in the late 1970s. A single encounter in the dark turns into a love neither man planned, until an unexpected separation pulls them apart. Ferzan Özpetek follows Enea afterward, still carrying that first love through the city where it started.
