Obsession

“A bizarre story of love.”

Michael Courtland (Cliff Robertson), a New Orleans businessman, has spent years haunted by the night his wife Elizabeth and daughter Amy were lost during a botched kidnapping rescue, and he wants only to undo it. Then he meets Sandra Portinari (Geneviève Bujold), a young woman who is the exact image of Elizabeth. Brian De Palma sets Bernard Herrmann's swelling score against her face, and Michael cannot look away from it.
