In 1978 Florida, an illegal gambling operation run by the American Mafia has the authorities stumped. Johnny Firpo (Terence Hill), a bumbling government agent, goes looking for help and finds his half-brother Charlie Firpo (Bud Spencer), a trucker who knows gambling from the inside. Sergio Corbucci builds the film around the two of them, keeping the brawls loose and the pace fast.
