Offender

“This summer ... justice will be served”

Tommy Nix (Joe Cole) is a 20-year-old who works hard and keeps clear of the wrong crowd, until his girlfriend Elise (Kimberley Nixon) is brutally attacked and the question of who answers for it follows him into Britain's most notorious young offenders institute. Inside, the people around him include Jake (English Frank). Ron Scalpello keeps the camera close and the walls closer, so the unease never has anywhere to go.
