Officer Downe

“Protecting. Serving. Ass kicking.”

In a Los Angeles overrun with nefarious villains, Officer Downe (Kim Coates) is the cop sent to deal with them, and he can regenerate from nearly anything. A rookie is assigned to shadow him through a violent war on the city's criminals, with Police Chief Berringer (Luna Lauren Vélez) overseeing it. Shawn Crahan, working from a producing partnership with Mark Neveldine, keeps Downe and his injuries at the center of every scene.
