“The best director, the best actors, the best idea?”

A billionaire who wants to be remembered for his name decides to make a film, and he hires the filmmaker Lola Cuevas (Penélope Cruz) to build it from the ground up. She casts Hollywood heartthrob Félix Rivero (Antonio Banderas) opposite radical stage actor Iván Torres (Oscar Martínez), two legends who do not get along. Gastón Duprat and Mariano Cohn put the three of them in one bare rehearsal room, and Lola sets her trials.
