Oh! Heavenly Dog

Browning (Chevy Chase), a private investigator nursing a bad cold, wants only to finish the case a mysterious client has handed him. He is stabbed to death on the job, and in heaven he is told he is marginal material and can earn his final destination by solving his own murder, this time as a small fluffy dog. Joe Camp, the director of the Benji films, builds the comedy around the dog's physical limits, down to the problem of dialing a phone.
