Old Boys

At an English boarding school, a French teacher named Babinot (Denis Ménochet) arrives with his daughter Agnes (Pauline Étienne). Amberson (Alex Lawther), a small, awkward boy with a gift for words, ends up writing for Winchester (Jonah Hauer-King), the handsome school hero who has fallen for her and has nothing to say. Toby MacDonald stages the Cyrano story among dormitories and playing fields and lets the comedy come from how seriously the boys take it.
