Omen

“A story about love, family, and the pursuit of happiness.”

Koffi (Marc Zinga) has lived in Belgium for years when he flies back to Kinshasa, the city where he was born. He arrives with Alice (Lucie Debay), his fiancée, and a family that has not seen him since he left. Baloji, making his first feature, shoots it at the pace of a long homecoming and lets Cannes' Un Certain Regard section see a debut that won the New Voice Prize.
