On-Gaku: Our Sound

“And our 'Our Sound' begins.”

Nobody at this school can say why three delinquents who barely talk to each other are suddenly carrying instruments around. Kenji (Shintaro Sakamoto) and his two friends have no money, no training, and not even a full drum kit, but they start a rock band anyway. Kenji Iwaisawa animates the whole thing by hand, and the band's first jam sits in the frame as a few bored kids hitting things.
