On Probation

“Times change, so do heroes”

Mariano Silverstein (Diego Peretti), a psychologist, is sentenced to community service after losing a lawsuit over a traffic accident. His assignment is to counsel Alfredo Díaz (Luis Luque), a policeman sunk in depression because his wife cheated on him. Szifron has Mariano drift from the therapy room into Alfredo's double homicide case, and the film's pace tightens with every new lead.
