On the Beach at Night Alone

Younghee (Kim Min-hee) is an actress who has left Seoul and the married man she loved, and now drifts through a seaside town in a foreign city, trying to work out how much love matters. Hong Sang-soo follows her through quiet meals and long stretches of walking, with old friends who keep asking what she plans to do next. Younghee still carries the man with her, and the longing for him sits in every conversation she has.
