Once Upon a Honeymoon

“Gee it's great to be together at last on another fellows honeymoon!”

Patrick O'Toole (Cary Grant) is an American radio correspondent who wants to get Katherine Butt-Smith (Ginger Rogers), a former burlesque queen, out of her marriage to Baron Franz Von Luber (Walter Slezak), a Nazi official. Leo McCarey sets the chase against the opening of the war in Europe, with a joke arriving in the same scene as a threat. Katherine doesn't know what her husband is, and if Patrick gets it wrong, she is the one who pays.
