One Floor Below

Patrascu (Teodor Corban) is on the stairs of his apartment building when he overhears a quarrel between his neighbors, a man and a woman living one floor below him. The woman is soon dead, and Patrascu is the only one who heard it. Radu Muntean keeps him in the same stairwell and the same ordinary routines, with Vali (Iulian Postelnicu) always close by.
