One Good Cop

“How far will one man go to be a good father and stay...”

Artie Lewis (Michael Keaton) is a New York police detective with a steady marriage to Rita (Rene Russo) and no children of his own. When his partner Stevie Diroma (Anthony LaPaglia) is killed in the line of duty, Artie and Rita take in the dead man's three orphaned girls. Heywood Gould puts a man who has always followed the rules in a small apartment with three grieving kids and a debt he cannot stop thinking about.
