One Hour Photo

“The things that we fear the most have already happened to us...”

Seymour "Sy" Parrish (Robin Williams) runs the photo counter at a big-box store, and he has developed the Yorkin family's pictures for years, watching their son grow up one print at a time. Mark Romanek follows Sy as he starts to believe that the family he knows only from their photographs is also, somehow, his own. The film is about how a life can look complete in a snapshot while the person holding it has no one to share it with.
