Danny (Ryan Phillippe) gets out of prison and tries to rebuild with his daughter Alex (Amélie Hoeferle) by driving her to college campuses, a last chance at the father-daughter bond he lost inside. The trip turns violent when a murderous cult picks up their trail, forcing them to move fast and stay ahead. Now the reunion Danny wanted has become a fight for both their lives.
