“Great pirates compete in the worst race in history!”

Nobody on the Grand Line seems to know who runs the Dead End Competition, only that it is a secret race between pirate crews and that the Straw Hat Pirates have heard about it. Broke and in need of money, Monkey D. Luffy (Mayumi Tanaka) leads Zoro (Kazuya Nakai), Nami (Akemi Okamura), Usopp (Kappei Yamaguchi) and Sanji (Hiroaki Hirata) into it. Konosuke Uda keeps Luffy grinning through every brawl, a captain who wants the prize and the fight in equal measure.
