(2003)Directed by Prachya Pinkaew105 min · RAction, Crime, Thriller
“No computer graphics. No stunt doubles. No wires.”

Ting (Tony Jaa) is a Muay Thai fighter and Buddhist monk trainee from the village of Ban Nong Pradu, where the head of the sacred statue has been stolen. He volunteers to carry the search to Bangkok, and there he meets George (Petchtai Wongkamlao), a hustler from his own village who wants nothing to do with him. Prachya Pinkaew and choreographer Panna Rittikrai build the fights around Jaa's own body, with the chases and the stunts done on screen.
