Only the Animals

Alice Farange (Laure Calamy) is a farmer's wife in the highlands of southern France, and the disappearance of a woman during a blizzard pulls her into a police investigation she has no wish to be part of. Dominik Moll follows the search through five separate lives, each tied to the missing Evelyne Ducat in ways the others cannot see. Every one of them is lonely, and every one is reaching for someone out of reach.
