Opening Night

“The show goes the f#&k on.”

Nick (Topher Grace) once sang on Broadway and now runs production, and he wants nothing more than for tonight's opening to go off without a hitch. Isaac Rentz sets the film backstage in real time, as Nick tries to keep Malcolm (Taye Diggs), Brooke (Anne Heche) and the rest of the cast and crew on their marks. What matters here is whether the people who build a show get to feel it belongs to them.
