In 2013, the Federal Police in Brazil stop a truck of palm heart and find 697 kilos of cocaine packed inside. Ivan Romano (Antonio Calloni) and his Curitiba team follow the trafficking to the dealer Alberto Youssef, then to former Petrobras director Paulo Roberto Costa, who describes builders and the government working together to divert public money. Marcelo Antunez, adapting the book by Carlos Graieb and Ana Maria Santos, keeps to the procedure.
