Opportunity Knocks

“In a world of cons... Eddie's a pro.”

Eddie (Dana Carvey) is a two-bit con man who runs small schemes with his partner Lou (Todd Graff), and a loan shark named Sal (James Tolkan) is after them both. They hole up in a stranger's house, where the answering machine tells them the owner is abroad and the housesitter has dropped out. Donald Petrie follows Eddie as he claims the missing housesitter's name for himself and finds out how far a borrowed life can carry him.
