Oranges and Sunshine

Nottingham, where Margaret Humphreys (Emily Watson) works as a social worker, and a woman there tells her she was shipped to Australia as a child. Margaret starts asking questions, and the files lead her to Len (David Wenham) and Jack (Hugo Weaving), grown men who were sent abroad as boys. Jim Loach keeps the work in plain offices and phone calls, and Margaret becomes the one person these strangers will talk to.
