Orphans
“Are YOUR parents a burden?”
Michael (Douglas Henshall) wants to keep vigil beside his mother's coffin and do right by her before the funeral. His brother Thomas (Gary Lewis), his sister Sheila (Rosemarie Stevenson) and John (Stephen McCole) each mourn in their own way, and Peter Mullan lets the grief turn bizarre. With a storm gathering over Glasgow, one night is all they have to get through before the burial.
